Priscilla Perez
Priscilla is a licensed family childcare provider with Montgomery County. She has years of experience helping her mother Ruth care for & operate her own family childcare. Growing up she fell in love with teaching small children & caring for babies. She graduated from St. John's University in Queens, NY in business & public relations. Throughout college she also worked with babies & toddlers.

Ruth has over 30 years of experience with children especially infants & toddlers. She had her own licensed family childcare since 2003 in Burtonsville, MD & now is joining her daughter Priscilla in opening LLO. She is our infant specialist & supervisor and is excited to spoil our babies with love & care!

Here at Luminous Little Ones, we plan to give the love, nurture & family feel of a home childcare with the education & technology of a modern childcare center.
We will be offering bilingual courses in English & Spanish, potty training, meals, occasional field trips, bright wheel app, dependent care information for taxes
& more!
